Nadir has extensive administrative and engineering experience in the integrated application of hydraulic fracturing services, coiled tubing, regional sales of corporate products, project management.
Over 20 years of experience in various administrative positions in international oilfield services and production companies in Iraq, Oman, Pakistan, UAE and Yemen. A graduate of the American University in Cairo with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, attended various advanced training courses in coiled tubing operations, management, finance, personnel management, sales in the USA, the UK, UAE, France and other countries.

His expertise includes niche reservoir surveillance solutions i.e. chemical tracers (Interwell, frac flow back, partitioning and SWTT) and inflow tracers with prior proven experience in flow assurance software/solution sales (OLGA and OLGA Online). Prior to sales roles he was involved in development of Digital Twins (process simulators). Vishwajit served in different positions in companies, RESMAN, Restrack, Schlumberger, SPT Group, Kongsberg, and Honeywell. Vishwajit holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of Mumbai, India.

Pavel has a PhD in Chemical Sciences and has authored more than 30 scientific papers. He is a holder of six patents and has extensive experience in research and project management in the field of creating polymer composite materials with special properties. Pavel is a graduate of Tver State Technical University with a degree in Chemical Technology of High-Molecular Compounds, and the Institute of Synthetic Polymer Materials at the Russian Academy of Sciences with a degree in High-Molecular Compounds. He also serves as a Lecturer at the Department of Chemistry, University of Hamburg (Germany). In addition, Pavel is a supervisor of diploma works at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Moscow State Medical University, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Moscow Chemical Technology University named after D.I. Mendeleev.
