Alexander Katashov
Chief Executive Officer
Professional Manager, Expert in various management areas including project, strategy, investment, and team management.
Alexander has accumulated more than 15 years of successful work in the development and commercialization of technology start-ups, the launch of Russian products in international markets, and the development of commercially-viable startup companies. Alexander is a graduate of the Department of Physics and Technology at St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University and the Executive MBA program at the Vlerick Business School (Belgium). He is also a current Member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE).
Kirill Ovchinnikov
Chief Technical Officer
Expertise in well stimulation, well intervention, technology commercialization, and quality management system implementation.
Kirill has more than 18 years of experience in both oilfield services and building companies across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Australia and Russia. He holds an MBA specializing in Oil and Gas Management and a master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Curtin University in Australia. Kirill is also an SPE Program Committee Member, a member of the Eurasian Union of Subsoil Use Experts, a Technical Expert for the Skolkovo Foundation in the field of perspective oil & gas technologies.
Pavel Buzin
Head of Research Laboratory
Expertise in development of polymer composite materials recognized in Russia and abroad.
Pavel has a PhD in Chemical Sciences and has authored more than 30 scientific papers. He is a holder of six patents and has extensive experience in research and project management in the field of creating polymer composite materials with special properties. Pavel is a graduate of Tver State Technical University with a degree in Chemical Technology of High-Molecular Compounds, and the Institute of Synthetic Polymer Materials at the Russian Academy of Sciences with a degree in High-Molecular Compounds. He also serves as a Lecturer at the Department of Chemistry, University of Hamburg (Germany). In addition, Pavel is a supervisor of diploma works at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Moscow State Medical University, Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Moscow Chemical Technology University named after D.I. Mendeleev.
Anna Belova
VP of International Business Development
Expertise in international sales and global business development for high tech and innovative products and services for B2B markets.
Anna has 12 years of successful consultative solutions sales in international markets and sales management. She has worked in both transnational corporations and startups, leading complex projects, building efficient sales teams, designing effective business processes, and implementing customer satisfaction programs. Anna is fluent in English, Chinese, Russian and Spanish and currently resides in the Netherlands. She graduated from St-Petersburg State University with an MA degree, Cum Laude in Chinese Studies. She also holds a Business Management degree from the Open University Business School in the UK.
